Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, PayPal, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? Yes! You can choose COD at checkout for eligible orders.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order any time before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — you’re welcome to return it after delivery instead (see our Returns & Exchanges page).
Do you offer any discounts? Yes — use code MN10 at checkout for an extra 10% off. Keep an eye on our homepage banner and newsletter for ongoing offers and new drops.
I placed an order — will I get a confirmation? Yes, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your payment is verified.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? We currently ship only within India.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. See our Shipping Info page for details.
Is shipping free? Yes, shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount will show a shipping fee at checkout.
How do I track my order? Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS so you can follow your package.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return/exchange window? You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
How will I get my refund? Refunds are made to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping is at the customer’s cost, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
I received a defective/wrong item — what do I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, and we’ll arrange a free pickup and a full refund or replacement.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes are available? Our tees are available in M, L, and XL.
What’s the fit like? All our tees are designed with an oversized fit for that relaxed streetwear look. If you prefer a closer fit, we recommend sizing down. See our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
How do I know which size to pick? Check our Size Guide for chest, length, and shoulder measurements, or reach out to us with your usual size and we’ll help.
Product Care
How do I wash my MN Clothings tee? To keep the print and fabric looking fresh for longer, we recommend:
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Avoid using bleach
- Do not iron directly over the print
- Air dry or tumble dry on low
Account & Support
Do I need an account to order? No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save items to your wishlist, and check out faster next time.
