1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to metro cities is usually on the faster end, while remote or non-metro areas may take slightly longer.
Estimated total time (order to delivery): 4–7 business days, including processing and transit.
4. Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount will have a shipping fee calculated and shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation with your tracking details via email/SMS, so you can follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.
6. Delays
While we do our best to meet the timelines above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier logistics, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or high-demand periods (e.g. sale/drop days). We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed of any major delays.
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will reach out to arrange re-shipping, which may involve an additional shipping charge.
